1. Calculation for UG OMS = Coal Production/ Manshift
2. Calculation for Open Cast OMS =  {Coal production+(1.4*OBR)} / {Manshift+(Manshift*Average Stripping Ratio*1.4)}
3. Overall OM         = (Coal Production of UG + Coal Production of OC) / (Manshifts of UG + Adjusted Manshifts of OC)
